Tricia Gueulette

Tricia Gueulette has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tricia currently serves as the CEO of Beacon Community Services, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at March of Dimes Canada as the National Contract Manager for Canadian Veterans Vocational Rehabilitation Services from June 2018 to June 2021. From December 2008 to June 2018, Tricia held the same role at WCG Services. Tricia also worked as a Program Coordinator at Agilec (formerly Northern Lights) from September 2007 to January 2009. Tricia's career began in 1998 when they started their own consulting business, TG Consulting Services, where they worked as the Owner/Consultant until March 2005. In March 2005, they joined WCG as the Vice President of Ontario Operations, a position they held until August 2007.

Tricia Gueulette received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive Management from Royal Roads University in 2018. Tricia also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (major) and Economics (minor) from the University of Victoria, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. In 2012, they earned a Certificate in Finance from Carleton University. Tricia Gueulette has additional certifications including "Rotman-Institute of Corporate Directors Boardroom Dynamics For Executives" from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, "Certified Return to Work Disability Manager" from the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals, "Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP)" from the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals, "Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI)" from Psychometrics Canada, and "Registered Rehabilitation Professional" from the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada.
