Lisa Huff Gordon

Lisa Huff Gordon has extensive experience in human resources and training. Lisa is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Training at Beacon Credit Union. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Collaborative Health Partners. Before that, from 2013 to 2017, they served as a Human Resources Generalist and Accounting Specialist at Blue Ridge Scientific Occupational and Substance Abuse Testing. From 1994 to 2012, Lisa held the role of VP, Human Resources at First Century Bank, where they managed a wide range of HR operations, policies, and programs. Additionally, they worked as a GroupX Instructor at Four Season YMCA and Greater Bluefield Community Center from 2009 to 2011.

Lisa Huff Gordon, PHR, SHRM-SCP, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bluefield College in 1998. In 2015, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Lisa further enhanced their credentials by obtaining the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2019 and again in October 2019.
