Kevin Hedges

Kevin Hedges has extensive experience in community housing management, currently serving as the Community Housing Manager at Coastal Housing Group since April 2013, where management of a multi-disciplinary team in Swansea South West is a primary responsibility. Previous roles include Housing Business Partner, where efficiencies across the organization were developed, and Housing Services Team Leader, overseeing housing applications and tenant transfers. Additionally, Kevin coordinated digital inclusion initiatives both as a Digital Inclusion Project Coordinator and as a Digital Inclusion Officer. A background at Swansea Housing Association as a Housing Assistant and Administrator further added to experience in community-based roles. Kevin holds a BSc in Information Management with Accounting & Finance from Aberystwyth University and a Practitioner degree in Systems Thinking from the University of Buckingham.
