Lindsey Barnard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in development, marketing, and environmental management. Currently serving as Development Co-ordinator at Beacon Cymru Group since June 2015, Lindsey has also held roles as Development Assistant and Customer Services Assistant within the same organization. Beacon Cymru Group is a not-for-profit organisation (registered social landlord) operating in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Carmarthenshire and Bridgend employing around 380 people. Beacon was formed in 2025 after a merger between Coastal Housing Group and RHA Wales. We build and manage homes and commercial premises, as well as offering homes for sale through our Pennant Homes subsidiary. We have particular expertise in regeneration and sustainable building methods.
