Rob Morgans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resident engagement and employability services. Currently serving as a Resident Liaison Officer at Coastal Housing Group since February 2015, Rob leads initiatives to ensure resident involvement in the Maintenance and Estates services, focusing on areas such as de-carbonization and safety requirements. Prior to this role, Rob worked at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council as an Employability & Skills Officer and Employer Liaison Officer, successfully implementing the Workways Project. Additional experience includes an Executive Officer role at the Department for Work and Pensions, and progressive roles at Berkeley Logistics, culminating as Operations Manager. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Studies from Brunel University of London.

Beacon Cymru Group is a not-for-profit organisation (registered social landlord) operating in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Carmarthenshire and Bridgend employing around 380 people. Beacon was formed in 2025 after a merger between Coastal Housing Group and RHA Wales. We build and manage homes and commercial premises, as well as offering homes for sale through our Pennant Homes subsidiary.
