Arnaldo Santini

Arnaldo Santini has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arnaldo started their career as a Maintenance employee at Unicco Services in 2002, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2011, Arnaldo served as a Maintenance Supervisor at Whelan's International. In 2012, they joined DentaQuest as a Customer Service Representative and Coordination Benefit Specialist, and they held this position until 2014. Arnaldo then worked at OnBrand24 as a Customer Service Supervisor and Team Lead from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GreenKiss Staffing Solutions, Inc. Arnaldo then transitioned to Masis Staffing Solutions, where they held various roles from 2016 to 2023. Notably, they were an Assistant Area Manager, Area Manager, Corporate Operations Support Manager, and Senior Area Manager at Masis Staffing Solutions. Currently, Arnaldo works as the Regional Director of Operations at Beacon Dental Partners, where they provide oversight and direction to multiple offices.

Arnaldo Santini obtained their high school diploma in Business/Commerce from Jose M Gandara- High School in 1999. In 2002, they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from North Shore Community College. Arnaldo further pursued their education at Missio Seminary, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies in 2015. In 2016, Arnaldo completed their education at North Shore Community College again, this time earning a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Throughout their education, Arnaldo also obtained additional certifications in various areas such as leadership, team-building, coaching skills, industrial truck training, and general industry safety and health.
