Krista Sikes

Krista Sikes, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon Health Management LLC. Krista has held various leadership roles in team member relations, including Director of Team Member Relations at Opis Senior Services Group and Manager of Team Member Relations at BayCare Health System. Prior to these positions, Krista worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Kforce Inc and as a Senior HR Manager at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. Krista holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and History from Augustana College and completed additional studies at the University of South Florida.
