Amanda Mack

Amanda Mack has extensive experience in healthcare management and patient care services, currently serving as the Manager of Patient Care Services and Performance Improvement Consultant Lead at Beacon Health System since January 2016. In this role, Amanda provides consultation on Lean principles and change management to various stakeholders and is heavily involved in Strategy Deployment, coaching executives on goal development. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Total Value Management Clinical Facilitator and a Registered Nurse at Elkhart General Hospital, where responsibilities included facilitating cross-functional teams focused on quality and patient care, as well as managing patient care in an inpatient setting. Amanda began her career as a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Bethel University.
