Bryan Swetel

Bryan Swetel is a seasoned professional in operations management and emergency medical services with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Manager of Operations at Beacon Health System since September 2022, Bryan previously held the role of Medical Education Manager at Memorial Hospital of South Bend from August 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing Memorial Medflight and critical care programs. Prior experience includes working as a Flight Paramedic at Air Methods from May 2013 to August 2021, providing critical care transportation, and serving as a Paramedic Engineer at the City of Myrtle Beach Fire Department from June 2006 to May 2013, responding to approximately 12,000 incidents annually. Educationally, Bryan is pursuing dual Master of Business Administration degrees at Western Governors University, building on a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration earned in September 2023.
