Gail Gronek Weismann

Gail Gronek Weismann, MBA, RD LD has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and nutrition field. Gail Gronek began their career at St Catherine Hospital in 2006, where they worked as a Registered Dietitian for almost 8 years. In 2014, they transitioned to Beacon Health System, starting as a Clinical Nutrition Manager and later taking on roles such as Food Service Director at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Presently, Gail serves as the Director of Operations at Beacon Health System.

Gail Gronek Weismann, MBA, RD LD holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from Purdue University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Gail Gronek is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University, scheduled to be completed in 2023.
