Gail Gronek Weismann, MBA, RD LD has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and nutrition field. Gail Gronek began their career at St Catherine Hospital in 2006, where they worked as a Registered Dietitian for almost 8 years. In 2014, they transitioned to Beacon Health System, starting as a Clinical Nutrition Manager and later taking on roles such as Food Service Director at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Presently, Gail serves as the Director of Operations at Beacon Health System.
