Ron Bass

Ron Bass is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and financial applications. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Beacon Health System since January 2013, Ron leads the implementation and management of Workforce Management modules. Previously, Ron worked as a Financial Applications Analyst at Physicians Hospital System, where project leadership was demonstrated in the McKesson Paragon Financial modules. Additionally, experience as a Senior Systems Analyst at Elkhart General Hospital involved report development using various SQL technologies and leading staffing-related system modules. Ron's career began in the US Army as a Senior Finance Manager, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
