Samir Patel

Samir Patel is the current Director at Beacon Health System. Samir has previous experience as a Member of the Board of Directors at Elkhart General Hospital from May 2015 to August 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the Value Management Program. Prior to this, Samir worked at Radiology Inc.

Samir Patel attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County for their Bachelor of Arts, where they studied biochemistry. Samir then went on to the Medical College of Virginia for their Doctor of Medicine. After obtaining their MD, they did their Internship-Internal Medicine at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington D.C.. Samir then completed their Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program and Mammography Fellowship both at the Indiana University Medical Center. Samir Patel is also certified from the Institute of Industrial Engineers in LEAN Healthcare Black Belt Certification.
