The Healthcare and Nutritional Services team at Beacon Hill at Eastgate is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of residents through comprehensive health and nutritional care. The team, which includes a Clinical Nutrition Manager, Social Worker, Charge Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Clinical Care Chaplain, collaborates to address the residents' medical, dietary, and emotional needs within a supportive and compassionate environment.
