Alexis Cardile

Alexis Cardile is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Beacon Hill Hospitality since August 2022, Alexis also holds the position of Human Resources Operations Specialist at the Law Offices of Marie Cheung-Truslow since November 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Product Recruiter at Chewy, along with roles at Wayfair and Robert Half, where Alexis advanced from Senior Business Recruiter to Division Director. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University, completed in 2014.
