Krista Brito

Krista Brito is a seasoned professional in property and community association management, currently serving as the Senior Declarant Manager and Community Association Manager at Beacon Management Services since June 2020. With prior experience as a Property Manager at JLL from July 2021 to January 2023, Krista has a solid background in commercial-industrial management. Additional roles include Community Association Manager positions at Community Management Associates and Heritage Property Management Services, as well as a Program Fellow at PROJECT REAP focused on commercial real estate. Krista holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Monroe College.
