Shari Hopkins

Shari Hopkins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shari started their career as a Sales Associate at Jo-Anns Fabrics in 2004. Shari then worked as a Receptionist at Stat Medical Care from 2005 to 2006. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative at WSA Alarms, where they handled various administrative tasks and provided customer service support. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Associate and Key holder at Cathy Jean, where they assisted customers and met sales quotas.

In 2013, Shari joined Heritage Property Management Ltd as a Client Services Representative, providing administrative support to community managers and homeowners. Shari later became a Leasing/Closing Specialist, responsible for liaising between different departments and maintaining accurate records. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Insightpool as an Office Operations Coordinator, managing executive calendars and implementing HR procedures.

Shari then joined Beacon Management Services LLC in 2016, where they initially served as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to an Accounting Specialist role. At Beacon, they were responsible for processing assessments, developing efficient processes, and providing quality service to homeowners. In 2018, they worked as an Office Manager at Bullhorn, overseeing office functions, managing budgets, and providing administrative support to executives.

Currently, Shari holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Operations at Beacon Management Services, starting in 2019. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing various operations activities, including customer service, human resources, training and development, and workflow management. Shari also collaborates with the Executive Team to achieve company goals and objectives.

Shari Hopkins attended Florida International University from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Following this, they enrolled at Valdosta State University from 2007 to 2011 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
