Erin Cartwright

Erin Cartwright, CBP, currently serves as the VP of Total Rewards at Beacon Mobility since September 2025. Previously, Erin held the position of Director of Compensation and Benefits at Genesis Energy, L.P. from August 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included building and directing Total Rewards strategies for a workforce of 2,100 employees. Prior experience includes the role of Sr. Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Wood from October 2016 to August 2020, US-Benefits Manager at Schlumberger from October 2011 to October 2016, Benefits Specialist at CVR Energy, Inc. from May 2009 to October 2011, and Benefits Administrator at Penton Media from February 2007 to May 2009. Erin holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management and Communication from Missouri State University and is a Certified Benefits Professional through World at Work.
