Mollie O'Hara Leach

Mollie O'Hara Leach is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in fundraising and organizational development. As the Founder and Principal of Beacon Nonprofit Consulting since December 2010, Mollie O'Hara Leach has provided clients with expertise in major gift and capital campaigns, feasibility studies, nonprofit executive searches, and strategic development planning. Previous roles include serving as President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Greater Austin Chapter, and as an Associate at Bacon Lee & Associates, where consultation for the nonprofit sector was a focus. Mollie O'Hara Leach has also held significant positions at St. Edward's University, including Executive Director of Development, and served in various roles at the University of Houston Clear Lake and the University of Texas at Austin.
