Erin Abercrombie

Erin Abercrombie has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and occupational health and safety services. Erin is currently employed at Beacon Occupational Health and Safety Services as the Human Resources Director, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager from October 2019 and as a Human Resources Generalist from April 2017 to September 2019 in the same company.

Before joining the human resources department, Erin worked in various roles at Beacon Occupational Health and Safety Services. From January 2012 to October 2016, they served as the Remote Medical Clinic Coordinator. Prior to that, they held the position of Drug and Alcohol Program Administrator from February 2011 to January 2012. Their early career at the company began in March 2003 as an Occupational Health Unit Analyst for the Alyeska Pipeline and later transitioned to the role of Records Technician from October 2001 to 2003.

Erin Abercrombie, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Public Communications from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Erin completed their degree in 2010.
