Laurie MacChello

Laurie Macchello is a seasoned physical therapist and ergonomist with extensive experience in ergonomics consulting and training across various settings. As the owner of Healthy Ergonomics since 2003, Laurie provides comprehensive ergonomics consulting, motivational injury prevention seminars, and functional testing through the WorkSaver network. In dual roles since 2009 at Beacon Occupational Health and Safety Services, Laurie oversees fitness-for-duty operations, including evaluations and ergonomic services. Additionally, Laurie serves as Vice President of Alaska Operations for ISR Worksaver Systems and as an adjunct professor at the University of Alaska Anchorage, teaching OSH Ergonomics. Since 1995, Laurie has also been involved as a per diem outpatient physical therapist at Providence Alaska Medical Center, focusing on both neurological and orthopedic patient care.
