Lilian Mboya

Lilian Mboya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and strategic management. As the Executive Director and Founder of the Regional Institute of Information and Knowledge Management since January 2012, Lilian has led overall strategy direction and financial modeling. Additionally, since January 2016, Lilian serves as Finance Team Lead at Beacon of Hope, overseeing budgeting, procurement processing, resource mobilization, and financial reporting. Previously, Lilian held the position of Grant Accountant at the Adventist Center for Care and Support, managing financial accuracy and leading annual budget development. Beginning the career as a Finance Officer at Community Aid International, Lilian possesses a strong educational background, with multiple advanced degrees in business administration, accounting, and financial governance from various institutions, culminating in ongoing PhD studies.
