George Bunton

George Bunton currently serves as the Contracts Lead for Gulf of America at Beacon Offshore Energy, a role held since July 2023. Prior experience includes significant tenure at Oxy as the Contracts and Procurement Lead for Gulf of Mexico from August 2019 to July 2023, and at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where George also held the position of Contracts and Procurement Lead for Gulf of Mexico, in addition to managing Midstream contracting operations. Throughout a diverse career in supply chain management, George has managed contracting and procurement for major capital projects, overseen substantial budgets, and led teams to achieve corporate goals in various energy sectors. Prior roles further included project controls and professional services management at Jacobs Engineering and Project 3 Technologies, respectively, with a foundational education in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
