Megan Pater currently serves as the Academic Director in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at Mount St. Joseph University, a position held since July 2019, while also functioning as Principal Faculty and Assessment Coordinator within the Physician Assistant program. In conjunction with this role, Megan has worked as a Physician Assistant at Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine since September 2019 and previously provided medication management for children and adolescents at St. Joseph Orphanage from November 2017 to July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Athletic Trainer at NovaCare Rehabilitation for women's volleyball and men's and women's golf teams at the University of Cincinnati from June 2012 to July 2019 and a Graduate Assistant at Wright State University for women's soccer and baseball from August 2010 to May 2012. Megan holds a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College, a Master of Arts in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Wright State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Cincinnati.
