Antoine Morcos

Antoine Morcos has diverse work experience in the technology industry. Antoine is currently employed as a Senior Core Engineer at Beacon Platform since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bloomberg LP from May 2015 to May 2022, holding roles as a Senior Software Engineer and a Financial Software Developer. Before joining Bloomberg LP, Antoine worked at POET-Egypt as a Junior Software Engineer from August 2014 to March 2015. During this time, they contributed to a project for the government of Berlin, utilizing J2EE, Hibernate, and Spring Webflow technologies. Antoine also gained research experience as a Research Intern at Microsoft Research - Advanced Technology Lab in 2014 and 2013. In their internships, they focused on topics like author evidentiality assessment and geolocating tweets, utilizing various techniques to extract and analyze information for enhancing user experience and enriching Bing local index.

Antoine Morcos attended the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University from 2009 to 2014 where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. During the same period, they also studied Computer Engineering at Alexandria University.
