Dawn Schapekahm has extensive experience in the production and safety management fields, currently serving as the Senior Production Manager at Beacon Promotions since November 2003. In this role, Dawn oversees production managers, focuses on improving operational efficiencies in collaboration with Multi-Skilled Technicians, and enhances employee performance through necessary tools and support. Additionally, as the Safety Manager, Dawn ensures compliance with OSHA standards and addresses daily safety issues within the facilities. Prior roles include Manufacturing Supervisor and Printer, and earlier experience at Printwear Graphics involved roles as Printer, Screen Maker, and Packer. Dawn holds two Associate's degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
