Gordon Leach BA (Hons) PGCE MA is an experienced qualification developer and education management consultant with a strong focus on military training and vocational education. Currently serving as a Qualification Developer at BEACON RED since December 2023, Gordon previously worked as a Senior Specialist at Rabdan Academy, where responsibilities included developing occupational standards for UAE military training and managing the strategic objectives of the UAE's Military Qualifications Center.
