Kate Hayes

Kate Hayes has extensive work experience in investment banking. Kate is currently serving as the Vice President of Investment Banking at Beacon Securities Limited. Prior to this role, Kate worked at Paradigm Capital as an Associate in Investment Banking from 2018 to 2022. During their time at Paradigm Capital, they gained experience in various advisory mandates, including working as an advisor to Zijin Mining Co. on its acquisition of Neo Lithium Corp. and advising the Board of Sherritt International on a recapitalization transaction. Before joining Paradigm Capital, Kate worked at M Partners Inc as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst from 2015 to 2018. Kate also gained experience as a Summer Intern at Starport Managed Services Inc in 2011 and at CI Investments Inc in 2013.

Kate Hayes has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Queen's University. Kate also participated in an International Exchange program at Copenhagen Business School, focusing on Business. Additionally, they have passed Level I of the CFA Program, certified by the CFA Institute in 2014.
