The leadership team at Beacon has a long history of experience in the tech industry. The president previously worked at a tech recruiting company, and the VP of talent management comes from a long background in the tech industry as well. The team is rounded out by an operations manager and two business development managers, all with experience in tech companies. All of the members of the team have received education in business or marketing from well-renowned universities. This wealth of experience and knowledge gives Beacon an edge in the tech industry.
