Washina Ford

Washina Ford has over 12 years of experience in the field of community life and resident services. Washina currently holds the position of Vice President of Resident Services and Community Engagement at Beacon Communities LLC since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Community Builders, Inc. in various roles, including Senior Director of Community Life and Mid-Atlantic Community Life Director. Washina has also served as a Senior Community Life Manager, Community Life Operations Manager, Resident Services Manager, and Youth Support Specialist during their time at The Community Builders, Inc. Before joining The Community Builders, Inc., they were a Program Coordinator at Phalanx Family Services and a Public Ally/Program Instructor at Public Allies.
