Vicky Katsiris

Vicky Katsiris currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Beak & Johnston Pty Ltd, leading HR and recruitment functions across ANZ while reporting to the Head of People and Culture. Formerly, Vicky was the Manager of People & Culture Operations at Sydney, overseeing a workforce of 45 HR professionals and focusing on the employee experience within a larger People & Culture Directorate. Vicky has held various strategic and operational HR roles at Sydney Catholic Schools, Coates Hire, and Corporate Apparel Group, developing initiatives such as the Employee Experience strategy and Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and has extensive experience in designing and implementing people-related initiatives across varied industries.
