Tommy Loy

Tommy Loy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Capability for Kmart Australia Limited, Tommy leads the HR team for KAS Group Asia, overseeing HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams in various Asian countries. Previous roles include Human Resource Director for Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where Tommy facilitated the company's expansion in Asia, and Senior Human Resource Manager for Kohler Co., focusing on HR digital initiatives and employee experience. Tommy's background also includes significant contributions at Mead Johnson Nutrition, Sigma Aldrich, BASF, and Mitsubishi Corporation, demonstrating a strong capability in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. Tommy holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Western Sydney University.
