Apryl Strass has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, starting as a Teller and Customer Service Representative at U.S. Bank. Apryl then worked as a Sales Associate at KeyBank before joining PenFed Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. Apryl later returned to KeyBank as a Key Client Relations Leader and Sales & Service Associate. Apryl then joined Albina Community Bank as an AVP & Customer Service Manager/AVP & Branch Manager, where they trained employees and ensured branch goals were met. Apryl currently holds the position of VP Retail Operations Manager at Beal Bank, where they oversee retail activities, personnel management, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
