Matt Roberts

Matt Roberts has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Store Manager at Beales Department Stores since March 2022. Prior to this, Matt held multiple roles at New start 2020 LTD trading as Beales, including Deputy Store Manager from June 2020 to March 2022, and previously worked as Store Director and Project Manager from November 2011 to March 2020, where responsibilities included store refits, new store openings, and ensuring health and safety compliance in flagship stores. Earlier experience includes Senior Retail Manager and Floor Manager focused on home and fashion departments, as well as serving as a Sales Assistant at ALLOYMAGIC LIMITED, specializing in alloy wheel refurbishment. Matt holds a Level 3 qualification in Electrician from Bournemouth and Poole College.
