Ali Huntoon

Ali Huntoon has had a varied and extensive career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Fitness Instruction. In 2019, Ali began working as a Certified Spinning & TRX Qualified Instructor for Alignment 8: Yoga & Cycle. That same year, Ali also began working as a Human Resources Manager for DICE Corporation, where they wrote directives advising department managers of company policy, consulted legal counsel to ensure policies comply with federal and state law, and developed and maintained a human resources system. In 2020, Ali founded and became the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition for Allied HR Solutions. In 2021, Ali founded Allied Group Fitness, where they served as Founder/Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher, and also took on roles as Client Delivery Lead and Senior Talent Advisor for DotConnect, HR Director for CAN Council, and Senior Talent Advisor for Samsung Next. Additionally, Ali was a Recruitment Specialist for ConfigureTek and TurboTenant. Finally, in 2022, Ali became the Human Resources Director for BeAlive.

Ali Huntoon obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Psychology from Alma College between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their High School Diploma at Bay City Central High School between 2004 and 2007. Ali also holds a number of certifications, including Certified POUND Pro from POUND® - Rockout. Workout. (2022), 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance (2020), Certified Group Fitness Instructor from American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) (2020), TRX Certified Trainer from TRX Training (2020), and Spinning Certified Instructor from Mad Dogg Athletics® (2019).
