Rick Penn

Rick Penn has over 20 years of experience in the business world. In 1999, they began their career at Pfizer as an Institutional Healthcare Representative. In 2004, they moved to Michael Waltrip Racing as Vice President of Business Development. After five years in this role, they moved to Richard Childress Racing, also as Vice President of Business Development. In 2015, they joined The Dow Chemical Company as Director of Strategic Corporate Development and Director of Global Sales & Sports Partnerships. In 2019, they founded and became CEO of LINK Marketing Group. Most recently, in 2020, they were President of BeAlive.

Rick Penn attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations.
