Gil Vogler

Gil Vogler has extensive work experience in the retail industry, holding various leadership positions. Gil started their career at Circuit City as a District Manager, where they contributed to the district being recognized as the Top District in the Southeast Region and achieved consistent revenue growth. Gil was later chosen to trailblaze the Generation C Innovation District, where they led the company's 3rd largest district and delivered exceptional revenue comps and gross margin.

Gil then joined Ross Stores, Inc. and served as a Zone Director. Gil successfully managed multiple zones, improving the performance of underperforming regions and achieving significant revenue growth. Gil played a key role in the company's market expansion into the Midwest, building a new team and establishing company culture.
