Rhys Hayter

Rhys Hayter is an accomplished sales and partnerships professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sales and Partnerships Lead at Beam since September 2024, Rhys previously held the position of Head of Sales at Uncapped from January 2020 to September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Midrive, where responsibilities included Head of Business Development and Business Development Manager. Rhys started a career in sales at Talk Talk Mobile Phones Ltd as a Sales Advisor, following earlier positions as a Sales Assistant at Billings & Edmonds and Account Manager at StorIQ. Rhys began working in call centers at Expolink Europe Ltd, building foundational skills. Rhys holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed in 2015.
