Stephanie Wickes

Stephanie Wickes is a seasoned finance professional and theatre executive with a diverse background in financial planning and management. Currently serving as Finance Director at Beam since May 2025, Stephanie previously held multiple leadership roles at Faculty from February 2018 to April 2025, including Director of FP&A, Head of Financial Planning Analysis, and Head of Operational Excellence. As Executive Producer at Blind Summit Theatre from July 2012 to June 2017, Stephanie contributed to the organization's strategic direction and oversaw production. Earlier experience includes serving as Programme and Projects Manager at Watford Palace Theatre and a Theatre Management Intern at the Independent Theatre Council. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre Studies from the University of Warwick.
