Dalith Beck

Dalith Beck is a skilled professional with extensive experience in claims operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Claims Operations at Beam Benefits since November 2022, Dalith previously held multiple managerial roles at New York Life Insurance Company from April 2019 to October 2022, including Manager of Life Claims and Manager of the Brave of Heart Fund, which provides support for healthcare worker families affected by COVID-19. Additionally, Dalith gained experience at Sedgwick Claims Management Services between March 2016 and March 2019 as Manager of Intake Claims and as a Floor Supervisor. Dalith holds an Associate's degree from Cuyahoga Community College.
