Mike Sirni

Mike Sirni currently serves as Vice President of Claims at Beam Benefits since April 2022. With a robust background in claims management, Mike held several leadership positions at MetLife from April 2014 to April 2022, including Assistant Vice President of Dental & Vision Claims within Global Operations. Prior to that, Mike accumulated extensive experience at Excellus BCBS from July 1998 to April 2014, where roles included Director of Claims, Operational Improvement, Strategic Account Services, Audit & Training, as well as Manager of Training & Development. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute between 1997 and 2000.
