Sarah Lancianese

Sarah Lancianese is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently, Sarah serves as the Product Design Manager at Beam Benefits, leading a team to deliver impactful experiences and drive product-led growth. Previous roles at Beam include Principal Product Designer, where Sarah spearheaded the development of the company’s first design system and contributed to several successful insurance product launches. Prior to Beam, Sarah worked at Dermstore as a Senior UX/UI Designer and as a Graphic Designer, while earlier experiences at IBM and Natty Greene's Brewing Co. included significant design and branding leadership roles. Sarah holds an MFA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a BFA in Studio Art and Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
