Scott Kalniz

Scott Kalniz is a seasoned dental professional with extensive experience in leadership and network development. As the Chief Dental Officer and VP of Network Development at Beam Dental since June 2021, Scott is also the founder of Kalniz DSO Advisory Group and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Pacific Smiles Group. Previously, Scott founded and held multiple leadership roles, including CEO and Chief Dental Officer, at Elite Dental Partners until September 2020. With a strong background in business development from North American Dental Group and management experience from Corner Dental, where Scott served as Managing Partner and Founder, Scott has consistently demonstrated expertise in expanding dental practices and implementing effective clinical strategies. Scott holds a DDS from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and a BS in Economics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
