Alessandro Franzi

Alessandro Franzi has a strong background in technology leadership and product management. In their most recent role at Beam, they served as the CTO and Tech Leader/Product, overseeing the development of a B2B SaaS platform for employee management in the retail industry. Alessandro was responsible for implementing dev-ops practices, utilizing technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Jenkins, React Native, React JS, Symfony PHP, and Java.

Prior to their work at Beam, Alessandro held the position of CTO and Tech Leader/Product at Fluttr Professional Network. Alessandro'smain focus was on developing a B2B SaaS Applicant Assessment System that utilized data and AI (ML) to help companies find top talent. Alessandro was proficient in dev-ops practices, using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Jenkins, Android, iOS, React JS, Spring Boot Java, and AI (Python, ML).

Alessandro also worked at Sparkling18 - NEXI group, where they served as the CTO and Tech Leader/Product. Alessandro was involved in the analysis and development of a mobile payment platform and multi-acquirer gateway, as well as the design and development of application security layers. During their time at Monte Dei Paschi di Siena (Sparkling 18), they took on the role of Tech Leader at Wallie - Web and Mobile Wallet.

Earlier in their career, Alessandro worked at Reply, where they served as a Technical Leader on various projects. Alessandro provided technical analysis and leadership on backend systems, store integrations, and ecommerce platforms using Oracle ATG 10. Alessandro also worked as a Project Manager on the "Project Redcarpet" for Vodafone, focusing on data infrastructure for customer management. Additionally, they contributed to system integration, web platforms, and SOA architecture at Mediaset.

Throughout their career, Alessandro has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of technologies and a track record of successful leadership in the development of innovative software solutions for various industries.

Alessandro Franzi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Università degli Studi di Bari in 2007. Alessandro then pursued further education in Computer Science and AI at the Università degli Studi di Milano from 2007 to 2010, though the specific degree attained during this period is unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Alessandro obtained Oracle Enterprise Linux certification from Oracle in January 2011, and they also acquired Cisco CCNA1 certification from Cisco in April 2007.
