Siu Ming, Jasper Lai is an experienced architecture and project management professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Beam Living since May 2022. Previously, Jasper held roles as an Architecture Consultant at RKTB Architects, P.C., and an Architectural Designer at Mascioni & Behrmann Architecture P.C. With a foundational background that includes positions as a Junior Designer and Architectural Associate, Jasper has developed a diverse skill set in architecture. Notably, Jasper co-founded teachXchange, a unique platform for educators to exchange ideas and materials via social media. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Architecture from The City College of New York.
