Kevin Torres

Kevin Torres, MBA, currently serves as Chief of Staff & Director of Special Projects at Beam Living and is the Owner of Autumn Reds Realty, LLC, specializing in residential real estate transactions. Previously, Kevin held significant roles at Aterian, including Senior Director of Operations, where responsibilities included spearheading global OKR strategies and advising the Global COO on KPI alignment for over 250 team members. As Director of Operations for E-Commerce, Kevin implemented systems that improved organizational efficiency across multiple divisions. Earlier experience includes an Associate Operations Manager position at Zebra Pen Corporation, where Kevin led numerous projects that resulted in substantial sales growth, and Project Manager roles at Grignard Company, LLC, and other organizations. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers Business School.
