Bruce Haynes is the current Regional Director of Engineering for the Western U.S. at Beam, Longest and Neff, LLC. Previously, Bruce served as Principal of Bridges and Transportation at Martin/Martin for over 25 years. Bruce also worked as a Bridge Team Leader at HNTB and as a Project Engineer II at the California Department of Transportation. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University.
