The Project Management team at Egis in the U.S. oversees the entire lifecycle of infrastructure and architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and are completed on time and within budget. This team coordinates with various stakeholders, manages resources, oversees site surveys, handles project documentation, and ensures effective communication and marketing efforts.
