Ghassan Khoury

Ghassan Khoury is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for EMEA and APAC at Beamery since July 2023, Ghassan leads the company's expansion and operations of its AI-driven talent operating system. Prior to this role, Ghassan was a Partner/Principal at EY's People Advisory Services, where advisory focus included optimizing human capital and fostering inclusive workplace cultures for Fortune 500 clients. Ghassan held various leadership positions at Gallup from 2008 to 2020, including Managing Partner of Gallup EMEA, where strategic consulting was provided to improve operational performance and sustainable growth. Earlier career experience includes key roles at Mars Inc. and Hexcel Corporation, overseeing logistics, trade marketing, and product management. Ghassan holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
