Matt Smith

Matt Smith is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the technology and talent management sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales (Americas) at Beamery since September 2021, Matt leads initiatives that empower organizations to enhance their talent functions through Beamery's Talent Operating System. Previously, Matt held various sales roles at SAP, including Account Director and Account Executive at SAP Fieldglass, contributing to software solutions for workforce management. Prior to SAP, Matt served as Regional Sales Manager for EMEA at Peoplefluent and gained foundational sales experience at Sage and SNOWDROP SYSTEMS LIMITED. Matt holds a BA (hons) in Business Management from Solent University.
