Mike Hughes

Mike Hughes is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical leadership and software development across various fintech and technology companies. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Beamery since August 2020, Mike contributes to the Talent Operating System, facilitating strategic transformation and enhancing talent management processes. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Earnd, Mode Banking, and Finblocks, where Mike focused on innovative payment solutions, product launches, and the development of a payments platform. As Technical Lead at APPII and Applied Blockchain, Mike led projects on blockchain technology, implementing cryptographic verification solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Developer at Secret Cinema, Technical Director at EZSkins, and Managing Director at Island IT Solutions LTD.
